Location: Temecula Area
Pay: Competitive Pay + Overtime Opportunities
Bonus-$500 bonus for referrals who start with Abbott once referral reaches 30 days of employment
Shift: 5am or 6am / 1:30pm or 2:30pm / 2pm to 10:30pm

What You'll Do:
- Assemble cardiovascular medical devices and related components according to documented procedures and standardized work instructions.
- Perform detailed electronic assembly, casting and coating functions, mechanical assembly, and packaging operations as required.
- Operate various equipment and machinery safely and effectively within a manufacturing cell.
- Use microscopes, hand tools, razor blades, syringes, soldering tools, and adhesive bonding equipment to complete precision assembly tasks.
- Clean tools, equipment, and work areas in accordance with documented procedures to maintain a controlled cleanroom environment.
- Carry out routine assignments under close and continuous review, ensuring adherence to established procedures and quality standards.
- Perform visual inspections and precision measurements on components and assemblies to verify conformance to specifications.
- Conduct tests on units using computerized test equipment and accurately document the results.
What We're Looking For:
✔️ High School Diploma or GED
✔️ Minimum 6 months of manufacturing or assembly experience
✔️ Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
✔️ Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment
✔️ Experience with microscopes, hand tools, or soldering is a plus

This is a Contract position based out of Temecula, CA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.25 - $22.83/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
