Urth Caffe is a restaurant/café that values teamwork and friendly people.
We are seeking a dedicated Drink Runner to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in the smooth operation of our restaurant by delivering drink orders from the kitchen to customers' tables in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:
- Setup tables, chairs, heaters and umbrellas (Rotate during the week)
- Stock straws, napkins, saucers and spoons in runner station.
- Run all beverages during shift. Refill bottled beverages.
- Clean and polish French presses.
- When delivering drinks to the Guest, bring napkins, utensils and straws. Always repeat the drinks to the Guest and ask if they are waiting for anything else, if not then take away the table number and ask them to enjoy their beverages.
- Refill the ice drawer, cups and lemons throughout the shift
- Make sure to keep the bar runner area clean at all times.
- Responsible to call out the correct name of the customer and able to provide the full description of the drink.
- Follow food safety standards and procedures at all times.
