$75,000 – $90,000/year DOE + Monthly Performance-Based Bonus
5 AM – 5 PM | 4 Days On / 3 Days Off Schedule (Am Shift)
5 PM – 5 AM | 4 Days On / 3 Days Off Schedule (Pm Shift)

Henner Tank Lines, Inc., a premier fuel carrier, is hiring Fuel Transportation Dispatchers (Am and Pm shifts) to join our operations team in Vacaville. In this role, you’ll coordinate routes, support drivers, and ensure safe, efficient, and on-time fuel deliveries. What You’ll Do
• Assign loads to drivers, maximizing efficiency and minimizing deadhead miles.
• Manage schedules for high-volume accounts and adjust as needed.
• Handle driver and customer calls with professionalism.
• Enter and track loads in the dispatch system.
• Collaborate with team members during fast-paced shifts.

Requirements:
What We’re Looking For
• 1+ year of commercial trucking dispatch experience required.
• 2+ years of customer service experience preferred.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills; Adept at learning new systems
• Organized, calm under pressure, and customer-focused.
• Bay Area knowledge a plus.
