Chubby Cattle International is seeking an experienced Senior Accounts Payable & Finance Operations Specialist to join our growing Finance team in Los Angeles.
As our restaurant group continues to expand across the U.S., this position will support accounts payable, inventory management, month-end close, restaurant finance operations, and financial systems across 50+ locations.
We are especially interested in candidates who have experience with Craftable, Restaurant365 (R365), MarginEdge, MarketMan, or other restaurant inventory/AP management systems.
Key Responsibilities
Accounts Payable & Invoice Processing
- Manage high-volume invoice processing across multiple restaurant locations and entities
- Manage invoice mapping, bill approvals, invoice processing, and payment reconciliation within Craftable
- Review invoice coding, approvals, supporting documentation, and payment status
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve missing invoices, credits, duplicate charges, and payment discrepancies
- Maintain vendor records and support new vendor setup
Month-End Close
- Support the AP-side month-end close process, including invoice completeness checks, expense review, and reconciliations
- Coordinate with restaurant managers to ensure invoices and month-end documentation are submitted accurately and on time
Banking & Payment Operations
- Process vendor payments and assist with internal transfers and wire submissions
- Support account monitoring, banking administration, and account information updates
- Support reconciliation and documentation related to banking and payment activity
Qualifications
- 3+ years of Accounts Payable or Accounting experience preferred
- Restaurant, hospitality, multi-unit retail, or other high-volume multi-location experience strongly preferred
- Experience with Craftable preferred. Experience with Restaurant365, MarginEdge, MarketMan, or similar platforms is also highly valued
- Strong understanding of AP workflows, invoice coding, vendor reconciliation, and month-end close
- Experience supporting multiple locations or legal entities preferred
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage a high volume of transactions and deadlines
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, rapidly growing restaurant organization
