SkillSetGroup is seeking an experienced CNC Lathe Programmer/Set Up Machinist to work for an Aerospace Manufacturing company in Santa Fe Springs, CA. This position will be responsible for programming and setting up CNC Lathes using Esprit software. The selected candidate must have experience with 2-Axis, Live Tooling, and Twin Turret CNC Lathes in a precision machining environment.
Qualified candidates should have at least 5 years of CNC Lathe programming experience, strong knowledge of Fanuc and/or Mitsubishi controls, GD&T, and AS9100 manufacturing environments. Experience creating setup sheets, tooling lists, work instructions, and implementing process improvements is required.
This is a Direct Hire opportunity with a growing aerospace manufacturer.
