Small but fast-paced personal injury law firm in Hayward, CA is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Paralegal.

Job duties include:
\n
-Assisting attorneys with legal filings including complaints, responses to motions, etc.
\n
-Preparing responses to discovery and propounding discovery
\n
-Maintain frequent client contact regarding case updates and medical treatment
\n
-Maintain frequent contact with insurance adjusters and opposing counsel
\n
-Prepare medical record summaries and demand letters for settlement
\n
\n
Requirements
\n
-Must have strong legal writing skills, be well organized and have the ability to multitask.
\n
-Must have at least 1-2 years of experience in personal injury litigation
\n
-Must be able to work full time (40hours per week) in -person
\n
-J. D. Degree or Paralegal Certificate preferred
\n
-Bilingual Spanish speakers are preferred
