Join a large, established healthcare organization seeking a Senior Accountant to play a key role in the month-end close process, financial reporting, and multi-entity accounting. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative team with long-term growth potential.

- hands on full cycle accounting skillset required at the senior level
- Strong GAAP knowledge
- Advanced Excel and analytical skills helpful
- Healthcare experience is a plus

Key Responsibilities:
\n
- \n
- Own month-end and year-end close, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statement preparation
- Prepare balance sheet reconciliations, expense schedules, and support accurate GAAP reporting
- Review and reconcile banking activity, AP, AR, payroll, and cash transactions across multiple entities
- Process intercompany transactions and maintain accurate general ledger activity
- Perform variance and flux analysis, assist with audits, and respond to auditor requests
- Support fixed assets, accruals, prepaids, and revenue recognition
- Partner with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes, reporting, and internal controls
- Assist with developing financial policies and supporting strategic finance initiatives
