Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Location: Rucker, CA area
Pay: $55.44–$65.32/hour
Schedule: 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
Setting: K–12
School Sites: 4
Responsibilities
-
Provide BCBA services to K–12 students

Supervise and support RBTs
-
Develop and implement individualized behavioral interventions

Monitor student progress and behavioral data
-
Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and other professionals

Provide support across four school sites
Qualifications
-
Current BCBA certification required
-
Experience working with K–12 students preferred
-
Experience supervising RBTs preferred
-
Strong communication and collaboration skills
-
Ability to work across multiple school sites
