Scheduling Coordinator – West Ventura County
\n
BrightStar Care of Santa Barbara County and West Ventura County is growing, and we are
\n
excited to add a new Scheduling Coordinator to our Santa Barbara team.
\n
If you have high-volume scheduling experience, preferably in the health care field, we'd love to speak with you.
\n
\n
Responsibilities of the Scheduling Coordinator include, but are not limited to the following:
\n
- \n
- Assist with scheduling, using all technology tools to ensure proper business processes, with
- oversight by the Scheduling Performance Manager
- Know and schedule the field staff with the right clients.
- Communicate with and schedule staff to meet client care needs and minimize non-billed overtime.
- Communicate with clients in a timely manner any schedule changes.
- Document interactions with clients and field staff.
- Assist with answering the phones, transferring calls, and taking detailed messages.
- Greet visitors and field staff.
- Share the responsibility of the field staff on-call phone with the scheduling team.
- Send out the On-Call Report the next day and document any issues in ABS.
- Document and inform the Scheduling Performance Manager of any personnel issues.
- Monitor and communicate with field staff through email, Connecteam, phone calls, and texts (in emergencies)

Schedule: Full-time position, with on-call phone rotation that includes evening and weekend hours
\n

- Monday-Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm and some weekend days when on-call
- This is an in-office position. When scheduled for on-call duty, office hours will be adjusted accordingly.
