Key Qualifications:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathology license and current CCC certification
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Previous experience in a school-based setting is highly valued
- Compassionate communicator and team player
- Strong organizational and documentation abilities
- Familiarity with IEP processes and student progress monitoring
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver direct speech/language therapy services
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student achievement
- Maintain thorough and compliant documentation of evaluations, plans, and student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to setting measurable goals for students
- Provide prevention, intervention, and consultative services to meet diverse student needs
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive school environment
