Full-Time School-Based Physical Therapist (PT)
Location: Concord, CA 94520

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) for a full-time school-based opportunity in Concord, California. This is an excellent opportunity for a PT who enjoys working with children and collaborating with educators and other related-service professionals to help students improve their mobility, independence, and ability to participate successfully in the school environment.
Responsibilities & Requirements:
Provide school-based physical therapy services to students based on individual needs and IEP goals
Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, document progress, and participate in IEP meetings as needed
Collaborate with teachers, families, special education staff, and other related-service providers
Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
Active California Physical Therapist license required
Previous pediatric or school-based PT experience strongly preferred
Candidates with at least 1 year of school-based experience are highly encouraged to apply
Strong communication, documentation, and time-management skills
Ability to work effectively with students across varying ages and ability levels
