Connect Staffing is hiring a Sanitation Worker for a beverage manufacturing plant in San Bernardino, CA. This is a temporary assignment paying $19.00/hr on a day shift schedule. In this role, you will clean and sanitize production equipment — including CIP systems, rinsers, and pasteurizers — as well as floors, drains, walls, and ceilings throughout the facility using foam, scrub, and rinse methods.
Pay: $19.00/hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM; Saturdays as needed

Responsibilities
- Sanitize, foam, scrub, and rinse production equipment including container rinsers, warmers, and pasteurizers to meet food safety and quality standards.
- Clean and sanitize conveyors, conveying equipment, drip pans, and rails.
- Clean floors, drains, walls, and ceilings in production and warehouse areas — including cobweb and debris removal.
- Operate an electric floor scrubber, vacuum, and foam applicator; sweep and mop using manual and power tools.
- Monitor CIP system printouts and perform chemical concentration testing to verify sanitation effectiveness.
- Follow lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures when preparing equipment for cleaning, and apply chemicals per label instructions.
Minimum Requirements
- 1+ year of sanitation or janitorial experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or food production environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with CIP (Clean-in-Place) systems in a food or beverage production facility.
- Familiarity with chemical dilution, foam application, and sanitizer concentration testing.
- Knowledge of food safety standards such as SQF (Safe Quality Food) or FDA sanitation guidelines.
- Experience operating electric floor scrubbers or other powered cleaning equipment.
- Ability to read and follow chemical label instructions and safety data sheets (SDS).
- Ability to follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and food safety protocols including proper personal protective equipment (PPE) use.
