Job Description

CBIZ Talent Solutions is seeking an experienced Dispatcher to support a fleet specializing in luxury goods transportation. This role is responsible for coordinating transportation operations, ensuring efficient routing and scheduling, and maintaining exceptional service standards for high-value deliveries in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and dispatch fleet operations for household and goods transportation.
Schedule drivers and assign routes for local and national deliveries.
Monitor daily transportation activity and adjust schedules to ensure on-time service.
Communicate with drivers and internal teams to resolve operational issues and delays.
Maintain accurate dispatch records, shipment tracking, and logistics documentation.

Requirements

Prior dispatching experience, within luxury transportation or specialized logistics.
Strong knowledge of routing, scheduling, and transportation coordination.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Great communication, professional, detail-oriented approach with a commitment to high service standards.

Salary begins at $73,000, with higher compensation available based on experience and qualifications.
