Location: Temecula, CA 92591
Rate: $19.25 - $21.18 Hour * listed with shifts below Paid Weekly
Shift Options with Rates:
- 1st shift: $19.25 hourly M-F 5am – 1:30pm or 6am – 2:30pm
- 2nd shift: $21.18 hourly M-F 2pm - 10:30pm or 2:30pm – 11pm

We’re hiring Assembly Operators to join a growing manufacturing team in Temecula! This is a great opportunity for candidates with hands-on manufacturing experience who enjoy detailed, precision-based work.
If you’re comfortable working with small components, following instructions, and using tools like microscopes, this could be a great fit.
What You’ll Do
- Assemble small parts and components with a high level of accuracy
- Use hand tools and microscopes during the assembly process
- Follow written instructions, procedures, and safety guidelines
- Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
- Keep your workspace clean and organized
What We’re Looking For
- At least 6 months of manufacturing experience
- (Note: warehouse, forklift, or Amazon fulfillment experience does not qualify)
- Comfortable working with microscopes
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide)Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit, stand, or walk for up to 10 hours
- Ability to bend, squat, twist, and lift up to 50 lbs
