La Jolla Lights, San Diego's premier Christmas light installer, is seeking enthusiastic, reliable, and detail-oriented crew members to join our team for the 2026 holiday season. No experience? No problem! We provide training to help you shine bright.
This is a perfect job for seasonal workers or someone just looking to earn some extra cash for the holidays and bring joy to people at the same time.
What You’ll Do:
Install, maintain, and remove holiday lighting displays for residential and commercial properties.
Work safely on ladders, rooftops, and outdoor environments to create stunning light setups.
Collaborate with a fun, supportive team to meet project deadlines and exceed client expectations.
Provide excellent customer service, ensuring clients’ holiday visions come to life.
Assist with organizing equipment, inventory, and maintaining a clean work environment.
What We’re Looking For:
Positive attitude and a willingness to work long hours.
Comfortable working at heights on ladders and roofs.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends during peak season.
Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform hands-on tasks.
Reliable transportation required.
Preference will be given to those with vehicles that can transport boxes.

This position starts November 1st and runs through early December. Top installers will be invited to rejoin for takedown starting on January 1st.
