We are seeking a Manufacturing Operations Specialist IV to support a cutting-edge medical device manufacturing organization in Santa Clara, CA.
This individual will serve as a senior manufacturing operations professional responsible for production execution, work order management, inventory control, material readiness, operational reporting, and cross-functional coordination. The ideal candidate has a strong background in manufacturing systems, production control, supply chain operations, and regulated manufacturing environments.
This position works closely with Manufacturing, Planning, Materials Management, Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, and Operations teams to ensure production schedules are met, materials are available, operational risks are mitigated, and manufacturing activities run efficiently. environment
Key Responsibilities
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, production control, materials management, supply chain, or logistics.
- Power user of SAP and MES in a manufacturing environment.
- Hands-on experience with:

- SAP transactions
- Siemens MES containers
- Work order creation and management
- MES peer reviews
- Experience owning production execution, work order flow, inventory control, and material readiness.
- Experience working in a medical device manufacturing environment with GMP/FDA/ISO requirements.
- Ability to lead cross-functional production activities and drive issue resolution across multiple teams.

- Leadership or team lead experience.
- Experience mentoring or supporting junior specialists.
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Operations, Business, or related field.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Power BI reporting and dashboard experience.
- Complex electromechanical device manufacturing experience.
- Experience supporting production planning, inventory reconciliation, manufacturing systems administration, or production scale-up activities.
- Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement experience.
- Experience working closely with Engineering, Quality, Planning, Materials, and Supply Chain teams.
- Experience with Airtable, ComplianceWire, or similar operational systems.
