Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Onsite)

Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Maintenance Master Data Specialist for a 12-month contract role. This is an entry-level opportunity focused on data entry, records management, and administrative organization within our maintenance operations. The ideal candidate is a quick learner with exceptional attention to detail who thrives in a high-volume environment.

Key Responsibilities

Perform high-volume, accurate data entry into maintenance databases and system records.
Maintain, organize, and archive paper and electronic maintenance files, equipment logs, and documentation.
Assist the maintenance team with updating records, schedules, and work order details.
Ensure data consistency, integrity, and compliance across all maintenance documentation.
Support day-to-day administrative tasks for the maintenance department as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements

Experience: Entry-level; prior administrative, data entry, or office support experience is preferred.
Key Skills: High attention to detail, strong accuracy, fast learning agility, and the ability to manage high-volume workloads efficiently.
Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and general computer navigation.

Preferred / Plus Factors:

Experience with SAP (or similar enterprise resource planning systems) is a strong plus.
Prior experience with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) documentation standards is a plus.

The hourly rate for this position is between $43-$45 per hour.
