1x Part-Time Physical Therapist
\n Assess and implement physical therapy needs for students.
\n Develops treatment plans, interventions, and/or educational materials for the purpose of meeting individualized student objectives and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
\n Screens students to determine the need for further individualized assessment.
\n Consults with teachers, parents, other personnel, and/or outside professionals for the purpose of providing requested information, developing plans for services, and/or making recommendations and/or referrals.
\n Facilitates and/or attends meetings (e.g., IEP/MET/Team conferences, parent meetings, in-services, site meetings, etc.) for the purpose of developing plans and/or providing information regarding a student’s functional goals.
\n Assess students to identify eligibility and IEP needs.
\n Follow school-wide systems, rules, and positive behavior interventions.
\n Support the delivery of services in a classroom integration model.
\n Communicate effectively and proactively with students and families.
\n Responsible for paperwork compliance with data collections relating to IEP goals.
\n Accountability for growth and proficiency on IEP goals.
\n Participate in annual and ongoing staff training.
\n Complete any appropriate Medicaid billing and documentation.
\n Write PT goals and progress monitoring data for students' IEPs.
\n
PDTXperts Job ID #PDAQ-0005. Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 20.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
