Your Responsibilities
- Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care.
- Adhere to Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document any changes.
- Promote safety, dignity, and independence for all residents.
- Engage residents through conversation and various daily activities.
- Support dining services and ensure a clean, welcoming environment.
- Communicate effectively with families and care leaders.
- In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents experiencing memory loss.
What We Seek
- High School Diploma or GED; must be at least 18 years old.
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills.

Compensation: $17.20 - $21.55 per hour
