\n • Manage daily accounting operations and ensure accuracy of financial transactions\n
\n • Monitor cash flow, collections, and vendor payments\n
\n • Review and maintain accounting records and reconciliations\n
\n • Support month-end and year-end close processes\n
\n • Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting procedures\n Qualifications for the Accounting Manager:\n \n • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred\n
\n • Accounting leadership or management experience\n
\n • Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes\n
\n • Experience with financial reporting and account reconciliations\n
\n • Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel\n
\n • Understanding of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)\n
