We are seeking an Entry Level Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team in Pomona, CA.
Responsibilities & Skills Required
- Reconciling and invoice posting
- Vendor management
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Problem identification and resolution skills
- Written and verbal communication skills
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1–3 years of Accounts Payable experience
- Proficiency in JDE, Excel, and QuickBooks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) desired
- Knowledge of basic mathematical concepts (add, subtract, divide, multiply, percentages) and accounting principles
