Job Description: Dynovas is seeking qualified candidates for a Quality Engineer I to manage, implement, and maintain delivery of high-quality products to the aerospace industry.

As a Quality Engineer I, you will manage, implement, and maintain the delivery of high-quality aerospace products. You will collaborate across all company divisions—including engineering, program management, manufacturing, testing, and supply chain—to ensure end-to-end quality in compliance with AS9100 standards and the Dynovas Quality Management System (QMS).
\n
Key responsibilities of a Quality Engineer I include:
\n
· QMS Maintenance: Support and maintain the Dynovas Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure continuous compliance with AS9100 standards.
\n
· Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain teams to ensure the seamless delivery of compliant aerospace hardware.
\n
· Quality Planning & Control: Execute quality planning, evaluation, and control protocols across various development and production programs.
\n
· Design & Proposal Input: Establish foundational quality engineering expertise to provide valuable input during design reviews, process evaluations, and proposals.
\n
· Hardware Inspection: Perform physical inspections and complete rigorous quality documentation for aerospace-grade hardware.
\n
· Non-Conformance Management: Coordinate the review, resolution, and communication of non-conformances, acting as a liaison between internal stakeholders and customers.

Candidate Qualifications and Requirements:
\n
· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical discipline (or equivalent experience)
\n
· QMS Familiarity: Foundational understanding of Quality Management Systems, AS9100, ISO 9001, or similar aerospace/defense quality frameworks.
\n
· Technical Skills: Familiarity with Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) and standard blueprint reading
\n
· Inspection & Manufacturing: Basic knowledge of physical inspection techniques, precision measurement tools, and aerospace manufacturing processes
\n
· Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset for team-based environments, and an eagerness to learn from senior leadership
\n
