Real Estate Associate – Century City
$225,000 – $275,000 base salary + benefits

Join a nationally recognized law firm with one of the most respected real estate practices in California. We are seeking a talented Real Estate Associate with 3–5 years of commercial real estate transactional experience to join our Century City office. You’ll work on sophisticated transactions with high-profile clients, alongside some of the state’s most highly regarded attorneys.

What You’ll Do:

• Draft and revise commercial leases and purchase & sale agreements

• Review title and survey documents

• Manage all aspects of purchase and sale closings

• Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients on complex transactions

What We’re Looking For:

• 3–5 years of experience in a broad range of commercial real estate transactions

• Strong drafting, analytical, and organizational skills

• Ability to handle significant responsibilities while working within a collaborative team

• Am Law 200 law firm experience preferred

• Active California Bar membership required

• Demonstrated interest in the real estate industry (ULI, NAIOP, CREFC involvement a plus)
