An internationally recognized, award-winning law firm is seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to join its San Francisco office, supporting a team of attorneys in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives under pressure, takes initiative, and delivers exceptional administrative and legal support.

What You'll Do:
\n
\n
- \n
- Draft, format, and proofread legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence
- Manage state and federal court filings, including e-filing procedures
- Open new matters, conduct conflict checks, and prepare engagement documentation
- Create and maintain Tables of Contents and Tables of Authorities (TOC/TOA)
- Support billing functions, including time entry and proforma review
- Organize and maintain electronic and physical files within the document management system
- Coordinate depositions, hearings, travel, and attorney schedules
- Liaise with court reporters, vendors, and internal departments
- Provide comprehensive day-to-day administrative support to attorneys

What You Bring:
\n
\n
- \n
- 5+ years of legal secretarial experience (litigation preferred)
- Minimum 2 years supporting billing attorneys
- Strong experience with state and federal e-filing systems (required)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Typing speed of 60+ WPM with high accuracy
