Pay Range:$55 - $60/hr.

Responsibilities and Required Qualifications:
- Provide linguistic expertise to support the development and delivery of data for Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Collaborate with linguists and data operations teams on data collection, curation, and annotation efforts.
- Evaluate and curate datasets for Machine Learning models using LLM-based solutions.
- Assess model performance and overall data quality.
- Apply prompt engineering techniques to improve model outputs and data quality.
- Create clear linguistic guidelines that enable annotators to consistently and accurately label language data.
- Collaboratively develop complex, consistent, and detailed linguistic analyses.
- Experience with regular expression encoding.
- Strong knowledge of syntax, semantics, pragmatics, sociolinguistics, corpus linguistics, and other areas of linguistics.
- Proficiency in Python.
- Experience with database queries and data analysis using SQL and spreadsheets.
- Experience working with speech and text data.
- Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and their applications.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and dynamic environment.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
