NOW HIRING: WINERY HARVEST TEAM – SEASONAL OPPORTUNITIES
Be part of harvest season and help turn this year’s grapes into next year’s wine!
Balanced Diversity is hiring seasonal Harvest Team Members on behalf of a winery client. This is a great opportunity for dependable, hardworking people who enjoy being active, working as part of a team, and want to experience one of the most exciting times of the year in the wine industry.
As part of the harvest team, you may assist with:
• Receiving and processing freshly harvested grapes
• Sorting fruit and supporting crush operations
• Operating or assisting with winery and cellar equipment
• Moving hoses, pumps, barrels, bins, and other materials
• Cleaning and sanitizing tanks, equipment, and work areas
• Assisting with fermentation and general cellar activities
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Supporting the winery team wherever needed during the busy harvest season

We’re looking for people who are:
• Reliable and ready to work
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
• Able to stand, bend, lift, and stay active throughout the shift
• Willing to work flexible schedules, including longer shifts, evenings, weekends, and overtime during peak harvest
• Safety-conscious and able to follow instructions
• Positive team players who aren't afraid to jump in and help
Previous winery, cellar, production, warehouse, agriculture, or food/beverage experience is a plus — but a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are just as important.
