We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk with 1-2 years of experience to support a busy accounting team with high-volume invoicing. This temporary opportunity offers competitive pay, a flexible start time.
Pay: Up to $23.00/hour
Schedule:
Full-time, 8-hour shifts with flexible start times (7:00 AM or 8:00 AM)
Location: In-office

Requirements
1-2 years of Accounts Receivable, Billing, Invoicing, or Accounting Clerk experience
Experience processing high volumes of invoices 200-300 a week Aprox
Proficiency using accounting or ERP software
Experience with Famous Software preferred
Strong data entry and accuracy skills
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
