Citistaff Solutions is seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Warehouse Associate to join our warehouse operations team in Rialoto, CA. The ideal candidate has previous experience in a third party logistics (3PL) warehouse, is comfortable leading and training employees, and is committed to maintaining a safe, productive, and organized work environment.
This position supports daily warehouse operations, assists supervisors with workflow coordination, provides onboarding and training for new employees, and performs inventory and material handling tasks.
Responsibilities
Assist warehouse supervisors and team leads with daily operations and task delegation.
Train and onboard new warehouse associates.
Perform receiving, inbound processing, picking, packing, tally, quality assurance, and inventory control activities.
Conduct daily warehouse safety inspections and report hazards or maintenance issues.
Maintain clean and organized work areas, including proper pallet and shrink-wrap disposal.
Inspect warehouse equipment and report maintenance needs.
Operate warehouse equipment safely, including forklifts, cherry pickers, turret trucks, Bendi forklifts, and electric pallet jacks (EPJ).
Use RF scanners, warehouse management systems (WMS), and shipping software to process inventory accurately.
Complete data entry and maintain accurate inventory records.
Work collaboratively with warehouse staff to ensure customer orders are completed accurately and on schedule.
Follow all company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Bilingual in English and Spanish with the ability to read, write, and speak both languages fluently.
Minimum 1–2 years of warehouse experience, preferably in a 3PL environment.
Minimum 1 year of employee training or onboarding experience.
Knowledge of inbound receiving, sorting, tally, cycle counting, inventory control, and quality assurance.
Experience using RF scanners, handheld PDA devices, and warehouse computer systems.
Strong data entry and organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a multicultural team environment.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds throughout the workday.
Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) with one weekday off.
