$43 per hour
SCHEDULE
Onsite Monday – Friday (40 hours per week)

POSITION OVERVIEW – The Business Analyst 2 supports the GPCA Parts Department by managing risk and ensuring cost governance across logistics operations, third-party contracts, and compliance adherence. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct operational risk assessments across operations, logistics, and warehouse functions to support department-level risk sensing, prevention, and improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and environmental standards in collaboration with SDSA and LPS, aligning with industry standards.
  • Manage third-party contracts and 3PL compliance to mitigate operational risk.
  • Monitor parts inbound and outbound escalation cases to identify opportunities for improvement in operations, logistics, and quality.
  • Coordinate communication across SDSA, LPS, Field Service, Suwon, and warehouse teams to develop and revise protocols for parts handling, quality, defects, and damages.
  • Ensure warehouse and logistics cost governance by verifying correct invoicing against policy in partnership with SDSA and LPS.

QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in risk management, logistics operations, or cost governance.
  • Proven ability to analyze processes and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements in logistics and warehousing.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred:

  • Korean language proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking).
  • Experience with third-party contracts and vendor management.
  • Familiarity with industry standards for logistics and warehousing operations.
  • Knowledge of compliance frameworks (safety and environmental).
  • Experience in cross-functional collaboration with global teams.
