Sky Staff is currently hiring for a Seasonal Traceability & Training Coordinator to support Flour Fusion LLC’s Quality Assurance and Food Safety programs. This position is responsible for maintaining training records, coordinating employee training, supporting product traceability activities, and ensuring documentation is accurate, complete, and audit-ready in compliance with food safety standards and company requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain employee training matrices and track required training completion.
- Coordinate GMP, Food Safety, Allergen, Food Defense, and job-specific training.
- Manage training records through Alchemy LMS and maintain supporting documentation.
- Generate training reports and communicate outstanding training needs.
- Organize and maintain traceability records for raw materials, packaging, work-in-process, and finished products.
- Review production, shipping, and batch records for accuracy and completeness.
- Support mock recalls, traceability exercises, and audit preparation activities.
- Assist with document control and record management.
- Work closely with QA, Production, Inventory, Shipping, and Administration teams.
- Ensure all records remain organized and audit-ready.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 1-2 years of experience in food manufacturing, Quality Assurance, training coordination, document control, inventory, or production records preferred.
- Experience with GMP, SQF, HACCP, Food Safety, or Traceability Systems preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify incomplete or inconsistent documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, email systems, and electronic recordkeeping.
- Experience with Alchemy LMS is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Work Environment
- Office, warehouse, and food production environments.
- Exposure to varying temperatures, food ingredients, allergens, and production equipment.
- Must be comfortable spending time on the production floor and following GMP requirements.
