A stable petroleum products company in Lancaster, CA is seeking a bilingual Spanish Inside Sales Rep for a temp-to-hire opportunity. Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers in person, by phone, through email, and via live online chat.
- Process incoming customer orders, manage order details, and support the full order lifecycle from inquiry through fulfillment.
- Represent the company’s products and services professionally while identifying customer needs and recommending solutions.
- Resolve customer questions, concerns, complaints, and service issues with urgency and professionalism.
- Maintain awareness of product availability, order timelines, will-call processes, shipping, and receiving needs.
- Support sales goals by engaging customers, identifying opportunities, and building strong customer and prospect relationships.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay: $23.00 to $25.00 per hour.
- Job Type: Temp-to-Hire.
- Location: Lancaster, CA.
- Once hired permanently, there is potential for salary growth and advancement into Outside Sales or Account Management.
- Commission eligibility may be available after permanent hire, with commission noted as 10% of gross profit.
