Empower students and support positive behavioral outcomes by bringing your expertise as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to a welcoming educational environment on a contract basis. Key Qualifications:
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Proven experience designing and implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies within educational settings
- Strong ability to conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs), develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), and track student progress
- Exceptional communication skills for collaboration with teachers, paraprofessionals, families, and school leadership
- A passion for supporting diverse student populations with a variety of needs
Responsibilities:
- Assess students to identify behavioral and social-emotional needs
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans
- Train and support staff on effective ABA methodologies and interventions
- Collaborate with Individualized Education Program (IEP) teams to integrate behavioral strategies into students’ learning plans
- Maintain organized documentation and data collection to ensure progress monitoring and regulatory compliance
- Consult with families to promote consistency and reinforce behavioral goals beyond the classroom environment
