Law & Motion Attorney (100% Remote – California)

A highly respected and fast-growing litigation firm is seeking a Law & Motion Attorney to join its team. This is a fully remote opportunity where you’ll focus on what you do best—legal research and writing—without the day-to-day demands of court appearances or heavy client interaction

What You’ll Be Doing

- Draft, review, and argue (if applicable) substantive motions, including motions for summary judgment, demurrers, motions to compel, and other pre-trial motions
- Conduct in-depth legal research and develop case strategies
- Collaborate closely with trial attorneys to support case progression
- Analyze case law and apply it to ongoing litigation matters
- Contribute to high-impact cases with meaningful legal arguments

What We’re Looking
\n
- \n
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Active California Bar license (required)
- 5+ years of experience in civil litigation, with a strong focus on law & motion work
- Exceptional legal writing and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
- Experience drafting dispositive motions is highly preferred

Salary and Other Compensation:The annual salary for this position is between $200,000 – $210,000.Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
