\n

We're one of the first hotel owner-operator groups to deploy autonomous AI agents across our portfolio. We use technology to answer guest calls, support reservations, and streamline operations so our teams can focus on what matters most: delivering memorable guest experiences. AI isn't a side project here. It's core to how we operate and how we intend to grow.

\n

\n

The Opportunity

\n

Zenique is seeking a Regional Director of Operations to lead operational performance across its growing portfolio and support the company's transition back to self-managed hotel operations. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for financial performance, guest satisfaction, operational consistency, and leadership effectiveness across multiple properties.

\n

\n

The Future You’ll Help Build

\n

What sets this role apart is the opportunity to create Zenique’s operational playbook and build a genuinely AI-enabled hotel operation rather than inherit an established way of working. You’ll develop the systems, standards, and practices that will guide how our hotels operate as the portfolio grows. You'll lead the thoughtful integration of AI tools and autonomous agents into daily operations, helping define what modern, technology-forward hospitality looks like at Zenique in close partnership with the CEO.
