Full-Time | MondayFriday | 7:00 AM 5:00 PM
Overview
Weeks Drilling & Pump Co. is hiring a Service Dispatcher & Inside Sales to coordinate daily operations, support customers, and keep our field technicians running efficiently.
This is a fast-paced, high-volume role with long, active workdays. Youll be making real-time decisions, managing schedules, and handling multiple priorities throughout the day.

Responsibilities
- Answer incoming service calls and determine urgency
- Schedule and dispatch technicians based on priority and location
- Communicate updates between customers and field staff
- Create work orders, jobs, and estimates
- Assist customers with troubleshooting and service questions
- Support inside sales (pumps and water treatment services)
- Coordinate well testing with customers, agents, and labs
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong multitasking and prioritization skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to think quickly and solve problems
- Dispatching or service coordination experience required
- Experience with SAGE 100 Contractor is a plus
Schedule & Work Environment
- MondayFriday, 7:00 AM 5:00 PM
- Long, busy days with a steady workload
- Fast-paced, high-volume office environment
- Frequent phone and computer use
- Occasional after-hours on-call rotation (for experienced team members)
