  • Mentor individuals to analyze, troubleshoot, and innovate with confidence.
  • Uphold a culture of safety that meets or exceeds OEM expectations.
  • Coordinate with Mercedes‑Benz on curriculum updates and attend periodic Train‑the‑Trainer events.
  • Complete administrative duties and follow the OEM Corporate Travel Policy; perform other duties as assigned.

Your qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED (required).
  • Excellent communicator and facilitator with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Organized, deadline‑oriented, adaptable; strong planning and time management.
  • MS Office capable.
  • Patient, empathetic, and motivational teaching approach.
  • Professionalism in judgment, problem‑solving, decision‑making, and schedule flexibility.
  • Preferred: background as a Mercedes‑Benz technician or ASE Master and/or MB Master‑Certified.

What success looks like

  • Clear learning outcomes delivered through well‑paced lessons.
  • Labs that mirror authentic service bay challenges and drive measurable skill gains.
  • Technicians who leave confident, safe, and brand‑ready.

Rewards and support

  • Annual salary: $90,000–$94,000, commensurate with experience
  • Weekends off
  • Paid training
  • Tuition waiver after 6 months for you and your immediate family at UTI and Concorde campuses
  • Paid time off: vacation, sick, flexible, and holiday
  • Retirement match: 50% of the first 6% you contribute after 90 days
  • 4 weeks paid parental leave for birthing and non‑birthing parents
  • Medical, dental, and vision coverage for you and dependents
  • ASPCA pet insurance
  • Health plan enrollment begins the first of the month after you complete one full month of employment
