Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant (Accepting New Grads) - Crescent City, CA

Location: Crescent City, California

Schedule: Full-Time (The clinic is open 8 am - 8 pm Sun - Thurs) | This is for 12-hour shifts Sun - Thurs, with Thursdays and Fridays 8 - 2, and may be three 12s or two 6s and two 12s each week. 2 Sundays per month are required.

Compensation:

$160,000 to $200,000 annually, plus an incentive bonus, depending on experience.

Job Summary:

We're hiring a full-time, on-site Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our outpatient primary care clinic. You'll care for patients at a sustainable pace - around 3 patients per hour - with a strong administrative team managing scheduling and daily operations.

This role is intentionally designed to reduce burnout and allow providers to focus on meaningful, relationship-based care.

Job Duties:

Deliver direct patient care in an outpatient setting

Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions

Conduct physical exams and preventive screenings

Prescribe medications and treatments within scope of practice

Maintain accurate and ethical medical documentation

Collaborate closely with physicians and care team members

Follow established clinical guidelines and protocols

Minimum Requirements:

Active and unrestricted California NP or PA license - required

National Board Certification (AANP or ANCC)

Current DEA license

2+ years of clinical experience preferred (new grads welcome)

Strong communication skills and a patient-first mindset

Interest in community-based, mission-driven healthcare

Compensation & Benefits:

$160,000 to $200,000 annually, plus an incentive bonus, depending on experience.
