Experienced Litigation Paralegal with Project Management Expertise
We are partnering with a prestigious law firm to recruit a seasoned Litigation Paralegal who brings both deep litigation experience and strong litigation project management skills. This is a direct-hire, full-time opportunity for a legal professional ready to take ownership of complex casework while driving operational efficiency across litigation teams.
What You’ll Do:
Case Management & Support
- Lead and manage all phases of civil litigation, from pre-filing through trial and post-judgment
- Draft pleadings, discovery requests/responses, subpoenas, and trial preparation materials
- Finalize, format, file and serve pleadings and discovery
- Coordinate with attorneys, clients, experts, and court personnel to ensure timely filings and compliance
Project Management & Workflow Optimization
- Oversee litigation calendars, deadlines, and task delegation across multiple jurisdictions
- Implement and refine case management systems and document workflows
- Track progress on high-volume discovery and proactively resolve bottlenecks
Strategic Collaboration
- Serve as a liaison between legal teams and operations to streamline communication
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and cross-functional projects
What We’re Looking For
✅ Minimum 6+ years of California litigation paralegal experience
✅ Proven project management skills (formal training or certification a plus)
✅ Expertise in California civil procedure and multi-jurisdictional case coordination
✅ Proficiency with legal tech platforms (e.g., iManage, Relativity, Clio, or similar)
✅ Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership abilities
