Job Description
3 Arts Entertainment seeks an experienced Staff Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles (including GAAP), excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate in a fast-paced environment. This role will be integral to the daily management of the company's financial transactions, and will maintain a variety of detailed financial statements and reports.

Responsibilities:

- Maintaining detailed journals and ensuring the accuracy of financial records
- AR/AP entries, 1099s, and expense reports
- Preparing a variety of financial statements and reports, including monthly financials
- Assisting with the budgeting and forecasting process
- Working closely with the Senior Staff Accountant and CFO to ensure the smooth operation of the accounting department

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
- Experience in accrual basis of accounting
- 2+ years of experience preferred, ideally in the entertainment industry
- Strong Excel skills
- Experience with AgilLink a plus
- Experience with payroll a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Excellent communication and organization skills

The salary range for this position is $75,000 - $100,000. In addition to compensation, 3 Arts offers a generous PTO policy and outstanding health insurance for employees and their dependents.
