Job Description

We’re looking for a Sr. Engineering Technician to support high-volume testing of commercial and military precision hydraulic and pneumatic systems/components.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working with test equipment, troubleshooting issues, and working independently in a production/test environment.

What you'll do

Perform high-volume, repetitive testing of precision hydraulic and pneumatic systems/components
Work with high-pressure fluid-power test equipment and test setups
Monitor test results and troubleshoot testing or equipment issues
Identify problems and determine appropriate corrective actions
Record and document test results and production information
Help improve testing methods, processes, efficiency, and standard work
Analyze time, motion, methods, and production processes to help establish standard performance rates
Work independently with limited supervision and take initiative to resolve issues
May assist with directing or leading the work of other technicians

What we're looking for

High school diploma or equivalent required
Approximately 4-6 years of relevant technician experience
Previous testing and troubleshooting experience preferred
Experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, fluid-power, or high-pressure systems is highly preferred
Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
Comfortable working in a hands-on production/test environment
Able to make timely decisions and troubleshoot problems independently
Able to lift up to 35 lbs.
Must be comfortable working Tuesday-Saturday, 5:00 AM-1:30 PM
