<li>Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy.</li>
<li>Must hold current California Physical Therapy License.</li>
<li>Current Healthcare Provider BLS Certification, approved by the AHA.</li>
<li>Passed the National Physical Therapist Examination (NPTE).</li>
<li>Compliant with state regulatory requirements.</li>
</ul>
Mandatory Experience: 
<ul>
<li>Physical Therapist - inpatient</li>
<li>1+&nbsp;years experience&nbsp;in acute, swing bed/skilled nursing and/or outpatient settings</li>
<li>EMR Used&nbsp;Cerner</li>
</ul>
