Project Coordinator – Will Train!

Location: Costa Mesa, CA
Pay: $18–$24 per hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:30 PM (must be flexible for overtime)

We are seeking a dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team in Costa Mesa. Experience in customer service or project coordination is helpful, but we're willing to train someone with a great attitude and a willingness to learn.

Job Responsibilities:

Coordinate projects from start to finish, ensuring deadlines are met.
Communicate with customers, vendors, and production teams.
Track orders, job tickets, and project updates.
Assist with estimates, invoicing, and scheduling.
Help coordinate materials, deliveries, and installations.
Resolve issues and keep projects running smoothly.

Qualifications:

Strong communication and organizational skills.
Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Outlook.
Ability to multitask and pay attention to details.
Basic math skills and problem-solving ability.
Dependable, motivated, and willing to learn.
Customer service or project coordination experience is a plus.
