Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid Salesperson role based in the San Francisco Bay Area, with a mix of on-site client visits and work-from-home flexibility. The Salesperson will be responsible for prospecting and qualifying new wound care and regenerative medicine accounts, conducting in-person and virtual sales meetings, and presenting New Horizon’s integrated portfolio of products and services. Daily activities include managing a sales pipeline, preparing proposals, coordinating product demonstrations, and following up on leads generated through marketing and provider referrals. The role involves collaborating with clinical education, billing, and implementation teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing support for providers. The Salesperson will track performance metrics in CRM tools, stay current on clinical evidence and reimbursement trends, and represent New Horizon at industry events and conferences as needed.

- Strong sales and account management skills, including prospecting, lead qualification, relationship building, and closing.
- Experience in healthcare, medical devices, wound care, or regenerative medicine, with the ability to understand clinical workflows and provider needs.
- Solid communication and presentation skills for delivering clear, compelling product and service overviews to diverse clinical and administrative audiences.
- Proficiency with CRM software, basic data analysis, and pipeline management to track activities, opportunities, and performance.
- Comfort with hybrid work, including travel within the San Francisco Bay Area for client meetings and remote work for follow-up, documentation, and virtual calls.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with reimbursement, billing, clinical education, and operations teams to support comprehensive solutions for clients.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, Life Sciences, or a related field preferred; equivalent sales experience in medical or healthcare sectors considered
