We work with manufacturers on product, quoting, and customer-facing software. We need a product designer to own the look and structure of our product UI and websites, and to help turn that work into a consistent, scalable design system.

What you’ll do
\n
• Own product UI and customer-facing web design
\n
• Make complex manufacturing and quoting workflows clear, modern, and easy to use
\n
• Build reusable patterns and a design system so the work scales cleanly
\n
• Raise the visual and interaction quality of everything customers see
\n
• Verbalize design and UX decisions clearly — why something looks and feels a certain way — so those rules can be turned into reusable design constraints the product can enforce
\n
• Work directly with the team and ship
\n
\n
What we’re looking for
\n
• 2+ years of professional product, UI, or web design work (5+ preferred)
\n
• You’ve shipped real product UI, not just marketing pages
\n
• You can own design end-to-end
\n
• You’re strong on taste, hierarchy, and making complex B2B software feel simple
\n
• You can communicate about design and user experience in plain language, not just push pixels
\n
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
\n
• Ownership and shipped work matter more than title
\n
