We are an Electric/HVAC company seeking a Customer Service Rep/Administrative Assistant to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving issues.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries, schedule and direct customer concerns to the correct individual/department.
- Provide information about the services we provide.
- Resolve concerns and build rapport with customers.
- Document and update customer records based on interactions.
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services.
- Office organization and upkeep.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields.
- Ability to build rapport with clients.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Ability to learn quickly.
- Ability to work additional shifts, if needed.
- Positive, upbeat and professional demeanor.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Programs.
