Location: Anaheim, CA (Onsite)
Schedule: 2nd Shift — 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM
Pay: $30–$38/hr (DOE)
Type: Full-Time (40 hours/week)
ITAR: This position is subject to ITAR requirements
Overview
We’re hiring a Senior TIG Welder for a fast-paced metal fabrication environment. This is a hands-on role focused on producing high-quality TIG welds on a variety of metals while working from prints and welding symbols to meet quality and production requirements.
Responsibilities
- Perform TIG (GTAW) welding on steel, stainless steel, and aluminum components
- Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and work instructions
- Prep parts prior to welding (fit-up, grinding, cutting, cleaning)
- Inspect welds for quality and make corrections as needed
- Use standard fabrication tools (grinders, cutters, drills, etc.)
- Follow all safety requirements and maintain a clean work area
- Work collaboratively with production, quality, and engineering as needed
Requirements
- 4+ years TIG welding experience in a fabrication / industrial environment
- Strong blueprint reading skills and weld symbol understanding
- Experience welding steel/stainless/aluminum
- Reliable attendance for 2nd shift (2:00 PM–10:00 PM)
- Comfortable working onsite
- ITAR eligible
Preferred
- MIG (GMAW) and/or Stick (SMAW) experience
- AWS welding certifications
- Pipe fitting experience (if applicable)
