As our organization continues to grow, we are seeking dedicated Pediatricians, Family Medicine Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, and Physician Assistants to join our Camarillo team.

We offer flexible scheduling, including 4-hour and 8-hour shifts, as well as full-time, part-time, and per diem opportunities. Providers working a qualifying four-day-per-week schedule are eligible for our comprehensive benefits package.

Position Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive outpatient care to pediatric patients
  • Manage an average patient volume of approximately 25–30 patients per full clinic day
  • Diagnose and treat acute, episodic, and chronic illnesses
  • Conduct comprehensive physical examinations and preventive health visits
  • Prescribe medications and treatments in accordance with established standards of care
  • Educate patients and families regarding health, wellness, development, and preventive care
  • Coordinate referrals to specialists and other healthcare services when appropriate
  • Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, specialists, and clinical staff
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record
  • Participate in approximately one week of call every 3–4 months
  • Utilize telemedicine when appropriate

Qualifications

  • Active and unrestricted California professional license
  • MD/DO candidates must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics or Family Medicine
  • NP/PA candidates must hold appropriate California licensure and certification
  • EHR experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced outpatient environment
