Behavior Analyst (BCBA or Licensed Clinician) / No Billables, M-F Schedule
Job Description
Job DescriptionCompany Description
No billable hour requirements. A consistent weekday schedule. Meaningful clinical work with adults.
At Dungarvin, we support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in living as independently as possible through person-centered, community-based services. Our programs focus on real-life outcomes, consistency, and long-term progress.

You'll conduct assessments, develop behavior support plans, and work closely with individuals, direct support staff, and program leadership to create meaningful progress in everyday settings.

- Hands-on clinical involvement. Conduct assessments, develop individualized behavior support plans, and work directly with program teams.
- Collaborative environment. Partner with Program Directors, direct support professionals, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Mileage reimbursement. Work-related mileage is reimbursed in accordance with company policy.

You can generally expect to spend two to three days per week in each county, with designated workdays at each location rather than traveling between counties during the same day. This is a fully on-site position, and candidates must be comfortable regularly working in both counties.
Work-related mileage is reimbursed in accordance with company policy.
