Job Title: Inventory Lead
Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Lead to join our team. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, performing cycle counts, and supporting overall warehouse and inventory operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy
- Identify and resolve discrepancies or variances during cycle counting, and report findings to management
- Maintain inventory transactions and physical location updates in the ERP system
- Assist with month-end inventory processes, including OT (overtime) as needed
- Ensure adherence to First-In, First-Out (FIFO) inventory practices
Qualifications:
- Basic knowledge of inventory cycle counting and variance analysis
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to frequently lift and move up to 20 pounds
- Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills
Education & Experience:
- 2–3 years of related experience
- Microsoft dynamics 365
Work Environment:
- Fast-paced warehouse or inventory management setting
- Requires standing, walking, and occasional lifting
