Marin Hilltop Hotel is currently undergoing a bold transformation into a Tribute Portfolio Hotel, part of Marriott?s exclusive collection of upper-upscale, design-forward boutique properties. With renovations already underway, we are redefining the guest experience to reflect the vibrant and sophisticated spirit of Marin County.
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Houseperson Attendant to join our Housekeeping team during this exciting transformation and beyond. If you take pride in maintaining a pristine environment, providing exceptional guest service, and ensuring all guest areas are well-stocked and welcoming, this is your opportunity to be part of something extraordinary.
As a Houseperson, you will play a vital role in supporting the daily operations of the Rooms division. You will be responsible for responding to guest requests, maintaining public areas, and ensuring that our Housekeeping team has the supplies needed to deliver a flawless experience.
Key Responsibilities :
· Respond promptly to guest requests and assist with room needs.
· Maintain, clean, and stock all guest public areas to ensure they reflect our brand standards.
· Identify and report maintenance issues in public areas or guest rooms.
· Deliver guest requests and set up furniture items as needed.
· Support the Housekeeping team by removing linens, trash, and debris from hallways and service areas.
